The overall program size is 8.5 inches wide by 11 inches high with a .25 border. Completed ads should be submitted electronically in JPG, TIF, or GIF formats. Full page ads may also be submitted in PDF format. Please do not submit 1/2 and 1/4 page ads in PDF format. Submit ad files electronically to SFCORONATION@yahoo.com.

Microsoft Word and Print Shop ads can also be submitted but may be subject to an additional $25 set-up fee if additional formatting is required. If using one of these two applications please also include all fonts used. These types of ads are strongly discouraged. Using an image format preserves the integrity of the file.

Ad copy and payments must be received by February 3rd, 2012. Please make court checks, cashier checks, and money orders (no personal checks) payable to The Imperial Council of San Francisco.
